Who We Are

IBC USA is an interdenominational fellowship of bishops committed to strengthening the Church through fellowship, credentialing, leadership development, and spiritual support. We exist to foster unity, encourage sound doctrine, and support church leaders in ways that benefit the whole body of Christ.

At the heart of our fellowship is a commitment to authentic relationship, mutual encouragement, and shared purpose. We believe leaders are strengthened when they are connected, supported, and grounded in truth.

A distinguishing aspect of IBC USA is our commitment to historic episcopal order and apostolic succession. We regard this sacred continuity as an important expression of ecclesiastical identity, ministerial credibility, and spiritual accountability, and it helps shape our approach to credentialing and consecration.

We also believe leadership should reflect integrity, holiness, and accountability in both life and ministry. For this reason, we seek to cultivate leaders marked by Christlike character, ethical conduct, and faithfulness in service.

Originally founded to identify, train, and credential those called to the episcopate, IBC USA now also serves the broader upper tiers of church leadership. Through fellowship, training, and shared support, we work to strengthen the leadership structure of the Church and edify the body of Christ.
