This mission shapes every area of our work. IBC USA exists to strengthen church leadership through fellowship, training, credentialing, and spiritual oversight so that the body of Christ may be equipped for faithful ministry, sound doctrine, and effective gospel witness.
By supporting the bishopric, the broader chancel, and the upper tiers of church leadership, IBC USA seeks to reinforce the leadership structure of the Church and help ministries serve with greater order, clarity, and Kingdom impact.
